Angelica Lim

Angelica Lim is the Research Director of Valens Research where she leads a team of analysts and associates who deliver reports on equity, credit, and macroeconomic research based on the UAFRS framework. She oversees the quality of the research work and the development of tools and processes to enhance and advance the team’s capabilities. She has also spearheaded and developed the internship program in Manila, which has been a vital part of the firm’s efforts to recruit top talent.

Apart from her primary responsibility in research, Lim is also regional co-head of the Asia division. She is heavily involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations, including accounting, recruitment, employee relations, and other administrative affairs.

Lim holds a degree in BS Management, with a minor in Financial Management and Chinese Studies, from Ateneo de Manila University.
