Paolo Gutierrez

Paolo Gutierrez is Director of V Development and Chief Information Officer at Valens Research. As part of the management team, he addresses business requirements with tailor-made information solutions developed both in-house and with external providers. He heads a team of software engineers, IT specialists, and information managers responsible for all software development, data management, network infrastructure, and information systems within the organization.

Paolo is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer with more than a decade of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions with both proprietary and open source technologies. Having worked as a consultant for various international clients prior to joining Valens, he has also cultivated internet marketing and online business development expertise that has supplemented his projects.

Paolo holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University. He is also an alumni of the Basic Management Program of the Asian Institute of Management.
